Terms of Service

1. Fun play only

The current service uses virtual credits. Credits have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred for value or withdrawn, and do not create a claim to money or prizes. Real-money deposits, wagering and withdrawals are not offered by this version.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and meet any higher minimum age and other requirements where you live. Do not use the service where it is prohibited. Keep your wallet and devices secure. Cybet never needs your recovery phrase or private key. A signature proves control of a wallet; it does not prove age or eligibility.

Choose an available username when creating a wallet account. Names are unique without regard to capitalization; they must not impersonate CYBET staff or another person. Your wallet address identifies your account independently of its display name. Signing in again does not rename an existing account. Guest play creates a separate profile; credits and items are not automatically merged into a wallet account. Losing access to a guest session or wallet may prevent account recovery.

Before connecting, you must actively accept these terms. A wallet sign-in signature includes your username and the terms version. We retain the version, acceptance time and signature-message hash with the account. We never ask for a recovery phrase or private key. Read the Privacy Policy for the information we store.

3. Game rules

Review each game’s rules and payout table before playing. Outcomes are generated by the game server. A multiplier is a total return unless a rule says otherwise. Winning is never guaranteed. Demo results do not predict future results. Animations and sounds present accepted outcomes and do not change them.

4. Autobet and interruptions

Autobet places the finite number of bets and fixed stake you choose. Stop limits are checked between settled bets, so the final bet can exceed a loss threshold. Stopping does not cancel a bet already accepted. Connection or service failures may interrupt a round; accepted records and recovery rules determine its status.

5. Rewards

Fun-play rakeback and ranks use virtual credits only. Displayed reward amounts and eligibility determine what can be claimed. Your tier and eligible play determine rakeback. Rewards do not guarantee recovery of losses.

6. Cases and your collection

Cases currently award virtual representations of items in FUN play. Product photos are reference images, and collection artwork is illustrative. They are not offers to sell, evidence of inventory in stock, brand endorsements or promises to deliver a car or other physical item. No current case item can be shipped, redeemed for a physical product or exchanged for money.

Each case lists its opening price, possible items, FUN values and probabilities. FUN values are game credits, not retail prices, appraisals or resale guarantees. An item's value and the case version are recorded when it is opened. Keeping an item adds it to your inventory; selling it returns its recorded FUN value once and removes your ability to sell it again. Opening history and server records determine ownership. Expected return is a long-run mathematical average, never a guarantee for an opening or session.

Physical delivery would require separate published conditions identifying the operator, eligible destinations, exact product and condition, stock availability, applicable taxes, delivery times, authentication, returns and dispute handling. It is unavailable under these terms.

7. Acceptable use

Do not exploit bugs, interfere with other users, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, automate abuse, or attempt unauthorized access. Accounts or features may be restricted to investigate misuse or protect the service. Do not upload private keys, credentials or personal financial information to chat.

8. Errors, availability and disputes

The service may change or be unavailable. Keep the round reference when reporting a problem. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not excluded by these terms. Operator identification, support contact, licensing details, applicable jurisdiction and approved real-money terms must be published before any real-money launch.

If the display and server record disagree, keep the round reference for your support request. Do not repeatedly exploit an error. Corrections must use auditable records; an animation, sound or delayed balance display does not grant an additional payout. Closing a page does not cancel an accepted round. We may suspend affected features during an investigation.

9. Content and privacy

CYBET interface and original artwork are provided for using this service. Third-party names, products and photographs belong to their respective owners; image credits identify licensed reference photographs. Do not copy, sell or misuse another user's information. Wallet addresses are public blockchain identifiers, but sessions and account activity must remain private. You may request access to or deletion of your account information using the operator contact once published, subject to applicable record-retention requirements.

10. Changes

Material changes will be published with an effective date before applying to future use. These fun-play terms do not authorize a real-money service.

When a new terms version requires acceptance, we will ask you to accept it explicitly. If you disagree, stop using the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
